You are most welcome to meet us anytime. We are available Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 09 AM to 06 PM. We would be more than happy to let you see our process flow.

We do both online as well as offline promotions. Online Promotions - Social Media Marketing on sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Offline Promotions - ATL activities in regional and national newspapers, radio channels, magazines etc.

It is a platform to connect Seller with their local as well as global shoppers. The platform is open for all with very less service charges.

Sell on Megastores is a program that enables you to list and sell your product on megastores

The non-food products that qualify to be handmade. The making of product needs to have a handmade process involved in it.

You don't need a website to start selling on megastores marketplace. Once you complete registration, you will have access to our Seller Central platform using which you can list your products for sale on megastores

Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is to keep it packed and ready for dispatch.

No. Listing your products on megastores is absolutely free. Megastores does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.

After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.

Following document will be required at the time of registration -

1. GSTIN No.
2. PAN No.
3. Address proof
4. Bank details
5. ID proof

Reach out to the support team if you dont have any of the above document.

Unlike most e-commerce companies in the market, we don't encourage any discounts from our end. But in case a seller wants to offer a discount from their end, they are welcome to do that.

Yes, surely that can be done! This goes both ways. If some of your products don’t fit our internal guidelines and parameters, we may not list them as well.

Yes, you can sell in your brand name. Also, you can upload your craft documentation and stories.

Fees and Charges

Seller will get the privilege to make the most out of their products selling as their are minimum extra charges deducted on any product by Megastores.

Yes, the price of the product set by the admin can be changed by the Seller. You can reduce the price from the previous price.

No, there is no charge for registering as a seller and for listing the products on Megastores. As per now It’s free for Seller.

The other charges includes the charges for listing your advertisements on top of the page.

For individual artisans megastores fees is 13%. For Brands, NGOs and govt. organizations the fees is 15%.

You can stop selling at any time.

You should except the paymernt by 7 days

Megastores fees is added to the product price before it goes live. The live product price includes Megastores fee and is deducted only on product sale.

Yes. As explained earlier. There is no registration fee and no product listing fee. Also, currently sellers need not pay the courier charges. You can simply add Megastores fees to the product price and start selling for free on Megastores.

Services

Yes.Megastores helps you protect against fraudulent orders placed on your products and payment fraud.

Yes. Customers can leave feedback. Maintaining a high feedback rating is a critical factor for success on megastores. It’s the best way for customers to identify you as a trustworthy seller.

Yes, megastores team shall provide necessary help.

Account

Once you are live after registration you can upload products using web portal or seller app. Also for the bulk upload team shall share the CSV file.

The registration can be completed without updating GSTIN No. also.

To activate your account at least 1 product should be listed.

CRC stands for Conversion Rate Criteria i.e the total successful deliveries made by Seller. It should be at least 0.5 that is, half the total number of orders placed.

You can dynamically manage your inventory by using web portal or seller app.

Delivery

No, you only have to pack the product and make it ready to dispatch. The further shipping process will be handled by Megastores.

Our Courier partners will handle the shipping and delivery procedure of the products from Seller to the buyer.

Courier charges are calculated at the time of order processing according to the standard market rates.

No sellers on megastores don't need to pay the courier charges right now.

Delivery location can be set by using Multiple Delivery Pincode.

Customer Support

There is a 24*7 Seller’s support page and Seller helpline number. You can raise a ticket through seller Support Ticket Dashboard to raise a query for the admin to ask for help.

Return/Refund Policy

You can choose whether to accept returns if a buyer changes their mind about a purchase. However, if an item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if the buyer receives the wrong item, they’re always entitled to return it to you, even if you don’t offer returns.

Yes, seller can have its own return/refund policy.
